My wife can feel the difference in energy levels and overall well feeling when using this multivitamin. I use the men's version.

I haven't had the opportunity to decide just yet. As with all supplements, you've got to take them for about a month to see a difference. I do like that you only have to take one a day, the pill isn't to big, I have had no side effects, even when taking on an empty stomach and i can take them with my other meds with no contraindications. I may be ordering more. Stay tuned.
