OK, worked when I used the technique described online, does seem to describe female measuring, used other techniques described online and got a more realistic result, cheers, was only expecting ballpark etc so did its job!

Seems fine in first use, but only female chart included???

Useful combo that doesn't break the bank
Simple to use. The key is the formula to determine fat if you want to take the data to a more clinical measure. As a bench mark setter ( is it going up or down) it's well worth a go. Tape also an easy use.
