We'll start with the positives: This ebike is a blast to ride. It has very impressive range. I get nearly 100 miles (160Km) on a single charge (in throttle mode). Controls and easy to use and user-intuitive. The seat is very comfortable, which is really nice for long rides. The ebike has plenty of power. No problem on any of the hills around where I live. The charger is pretty fast for the massive capacity of the battery. And, personally, I like the style of the ebike.The negatives are few: This ebike is HEAVY (145 pounds/66Kg) and the gear ratio is not designed for torque, so pedalling is a major workout. Also the seat height is not suitable for shorter people. I am 5 feet 11 inches (180cm) and can just barely reach the ground flat-footed with the seat in the lowest position. (If you are shorter, the 20-inch tyre A8 version might be more suitable.)Let's mention customer service: The customer service is very good. But you will have to have some patience due to the language and time zone barriers. The ebike I received had a faulty controller which did take a few message exchanges to diagnose. They sent a replacement controller which also turned out to be faulty. The third controller did the trick however. They stuck with me and made sure everything worked out satisfactorily. If you do happen to need customer service, please be patient. They will eventually work it out for you.NOTE: In my picture, the LED lights on the rims are not included with the ebike.

Easy to put together, fast, quiet.

According to the appearance and the price, it looks better than I imagined, it really looks like an electric motorcycle, I don't think there is anything better on the market.I already put it together, I'll try it tomorrow.It arrived well protectedJose
