This works well. I made about 12 large jars of plum jam. I thought I did everything right. But it turned out to be very running. Afterwards I checked out Amazon for pectin and this looked interesting like it would work. Sure enough I imported all my 12 bottles, no 11 bottles as my family likes the running plum jam for putting in plain yogurt. I put in a slight bit more than the instructions said and re-Jarred the jam. Within about 2 hours the jam was set and all the jars were perfect. This is because of the pectin. I have enough for lots more hame making. Next I will make Seville orange marmalade! The photo is prior to using the pectin as I don’t have a photo of after.

Wollte damit eine Fruchtfüllung für eine Torte zubereiten. Hat leider nicht geklappt..war auch nach weiterer Zugabe immernoch zu flüssig..

mix it with the sugar for a perfect set

Great product, great for fruits low in pectin, strawberry, cherry etc, add to sugar, stirring really well, before adding to fruit mixture
