I love this. Never thought I would wear something like this. However, I never throw these kinds of things in the washing machine, which means I hang dry everything. I got this so I could have one ready for the next day at the gym. I got this particular item because it was different than the four other items I already had. I wanted to try something different.With the weight I have been losing, I was almost too ambitious in my size selection. This fits me at the largest it can go. Even though I have to inhale in a bit, once it’s on, it feels great. It really helps me pay more attention at those times when I am using my abs. Helps me think about my technique.Excellent product. Fast shipping. This is another piece of clothing to aid me in my weight loss journey.

Quality seems great with excellent compression, flexible, comfortable and stays in place.Plenty of future adjustment with the four rows, will be curious to see how it holds up over time.It helps to provide lower back support when working and certainly helps to pull the stomach in and sweat when working out.So far, I am impressed, an all around good investment.UPDATE:Well, about 3-4 weeks ago, one of the hooks failed, the stitching gave way, which lead to 4 more failing over the past few weeks. Continued use will cause more hooks to fail due to the added stress from the missing hooks. It could use extra stitching/support at the stress points.UPDATE:Surprisingly, no other hooks have failed with continued use over the past few months, so I am restoring a star. While there may have been a weak point, it is still fairly durable.

This product is great so far. It fits well and allows a full sweat in the abdominal and back area. The product does not roll up with I sit down and does not restrict breathing or the ability to run/workout comfortably. It also provides a little back support which feels great. I will continue to use it and burn off this extra fat.

after using it for 20 days I noticed that it start to change the chape of my belly and also affect my stomach. it start to bother my stomach and I decided not to wear it all day rather at night. I am not sure how far It can works but I will update you.By the way the seller ask me to leave a review and in exchange they provide me a free gift. they keep emailing me for a simple gift to get a review. And I think the reviews left by the other buyer which are positive is somehow for the free gift not the quality of the item. I am not sure but I may return the item.

works well at keeping the gut in; best girdle I've ever bought; it could be improved I think with hooks that are made out of thicker metal maybe; but that is obsessive compulsive a bit to complain about; if you buy this, immediately check to make sure that the 4 sizes that it can adjust to are fit for your build; if not; you may want a different size; I got this out of the bag and my first wearing of it required me to put it on the smallest size; thus, if I ever get my belly fat to shrink, I cannot shrink this girdle; I am maxxed out on the size; it won't get any smaller for me;

I got this in the Xl size. Mind you I am 6.1 and 265lbs. When I got it in the mail I took it out of the package and thought oh boy this looks very tiny. I would recommend getting a size up from what you normally wear. The XL size fits me ok but I probably would of been more comfortable with the XXL size. Mind you its snug but not to the point of it hurting or being uncomfortable.The description does say no smell but you can tell there is a slight spandex smell from it. Other than that it is a good product
