Picked this up for mojitos and it’s been getting a workout this summer. It's an 8-inch stainless steel muddler with a ridged rubber tip, and it does exactly what you want it to: crushes mint leaves just enough to release the oils without turning them into a shredded mess. The length is great for tall glasses or shakers, and the whole thing feels well-balanced in the hand. It’s surprisingly lightweight, which I didn’t expect from a metal tool, but it doesn’t feel cheap. The rubber tip is a nice touch- it grips the mint and lime instead of just pushing it around, so you get that fragrant muddled base every good mojito needs. I’ve also used it a couple times to smash strawberries and cucumber for other drinks, and it handled those just fine. Cleanup is no issue. I’ve mostly hand-washed it, but it’s gone through the dishwasher a few times with no problems. No water staining, no funky smells. If you make summer drinks even occasionally, this one earns its spot in the drawer.

Great product and great price! We use this so much throughout the year. It's very durable and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

We use this technique middle mint for drinks, to smoosh cookie dough into muffin tins, and (the weirdest use) to pack raw chicken into mason jars before pressure canning. Works great, cleans up easily.
