Once a year I make my own biscotti. I use the dark chocolate wafers to melt and dip the biscotti in, or sometimes I drizzle it on. It tastes especially good with the pistachio biscotti I make, and I get rave reviews from the people I give it out too. It's my way of saying "thank you" to all the people that we know and deal with all year long, for example, the people who work at the vet's office and take care of our pets. This chocolate tastes delicious, and I have no trouble melting it either. The price was very good too.

I use this chocolate for dipping my truffles in (Christmas gifts). Easy to work with; wonderful quality. Get lots of compliments from friends and family.

I can’t say enough about how good these chocolate wafer chips taste, they are great. I made Easter candy with them for my grandchildren & they are so much better than the other chocolate wafers for making candy. You won’t be disappointed with these!

As usual Ghiradelli lives up to its reputation. It makes excellent cookies but buyer beware it melts easily

Bought this for baking and the chocolate was supposed to be in chip form when I opened the bag it had melted into one 5.5 pound block of dark chocolate. To top that the chocolate had bloomed and turned white. Extremely disappointed with this order because it’s a food item it can’t be returned.

I was a little worried ordering chocolate online but these came exactly as offered. Perfect size for hot chocolate, coffee or latté topping. The packaging came seal and the chocolate was fresh and this chocolate tastes great. The bag was also conviently resealable.
