I recently bought the smart ring in rose gold and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This device is not only elegant and modern, but also incredibly functional!! I love that it can track my daily activity, sleep quality and heart rate, which helps me keep track of my health. The function and monitoring of stress has been especially useful for me, since it allows me to better manage my moments of tension. In addition, its water resistance means that I don't have to worry about taking it off when washing my hands or in the shower. And best of all: you don't need any subscription fees!!!

EDIT: I've switched my rating to one star. The ring is grossly inaccurate. I've been suspecting that over the past few days as it seemed to record an extraordinary number of steps. This morning, it recorded 100 steps while I was simply standing at the sink drying my hair, not moving my feet at all. In addition, while I was awake several times in the night last night (and up and moving) it did not record any awake time. Would not recommend this ring at all. While the ring is comfortable, easy to install and has a nice method of recharging, I'm having issues with the accuracy. Specifically the accuracy of the step counter, which makes me question the accuracy of the other measurements. I have even increased my stride length beyond the recommended to see if that would help but it appears to have no effect. In addition, it does not seem to be recording my wake times at night. I know for certain I have been awake for 30 minutes or more, moving around and reading, in the middle of the night and it did not record that. For example, within the first hour this morning, while I was simply walking around my house, it had my step count up to 2,000 steps. That is clearly excessive - I live in a smallish house on one floor, the bathroom within a few steps of the bedroom and the kitchen not far away. I may end up returning this ring since I can't be certain of it's accuracy on any of the parameters.

For the price this is a great ring. Seems accurate for tracking sleep. Not as accurate for step count compared to Apple Watch. Easier to wear to bed and charge lasts much longer than watch. BP technology is not accurate yet, across devices. Did not come with adequate instructions and QR link did not work but it was mostly intuitive.

**UPDATE** I requested the return of the product and reimbursement of my purchase of course, and it’s been already over a month and the status says “there was an issue with the resimbursment of your purchase”. Not sure what the seller’s process is, but it’s definitely been the most difficult process I’ve had to go through. Still waiting for my $50 USD back :( Think reuse before you purchase, and read all reviews. **ORIGINAL** I was excited to find something not so expensive that would allow me to remove my Apple Watch at night and gave this one a try. Unfortunately, the data was quite inaccurate, and it showed me in deep sleep when I knew for a fact, something had woken me up at night (tested 2 nights with the ring + Apple Watch on at the same time). Had to proceed with the return and refund and I must say that the refund has taken already two weeks and is expected in one or two more weeks :/ quite a bummer of a process. It had originally arrived in 1 day and that was very excited but left me disappointed in the end to have to go through such a long process — thought the credit to my Amazon account would make it faster but here I am :( As it states, the color is rose gold but it wasn’t SUPER ROSEY so it didn’t bother me to wear this ring + my gold jewelry. Will continue the search.

I’ve been using this smart ring for a couple of weeks now. It looks really sleek and comfortable to wear, and I like that it’s waterproof. The heart rate and sleep tracking seem mostly accurate, but sometimes the readings feel a bit off. The app setup was okay but not very user-friendly at first. Battery life is decent, but I wish it lasted longer. Overall, it’s a good idea and works fine for basic tracking, but it still needs a bit more polish to be truly great.
