I take supplements. I’m that kind of girl, I have for years. I feel very equipped to write this review. This powder is nearly odorless (faint) but if that could bother you I recommend a shaker bottle or straw water bottle instead of a glass.It does dissolve. I tried it first in watered down apple juice. It takes about a minute to stir & dissolve. When I tried it again, stirring as I poured it in it dissolved faster. It does give the juice a cloudy appearance & slight foam that settles down. It stays suspended while you drink it & doesn’t settle.It is very doable in taste. It did change the flavor of my apple juice slightly. To say there is no after-taste is not true but for a supplement I’d give this a go. I likely wouldn’t sip this. Like most of my powdered vitamin drinks I would have to chug it.My daughter tried it as an addition to her vitamin water (creatine & fiber) that she sips throughout the day and she said she will have to try it in something else because it’s just not a “sipper”.Again, this is totally doAble but probably right before a breakfast or workout. It doesn’t need to be taken on an empty stomach.The slight after-taste is only while drinking. It does not linger on my tongue.I’ll be curious what the results are for me after a full can.Update: I tried this in my hot chia tea and that was better. It dissolves very fast, produces a foam that settles down and the tea bag is strong enough that I don’t find any faint smell or taste from the powder. I recommend.
