What is the measurement of the included scoop? Mine is missing

53 cc marked on bottom of scoop. That equals about 3.6 tablespoons.

How do they fit 22g sugar in 2tbsp of this iced tea mix?

I don’t know but I use 7 scoops in a gallon instead of 8 not as sweet but still tastes good.
