This is probably NOT the authentic Anna’s from Australia. However, it is helping with the horrible hot flashes I’ve had! I’ve noticed a huge difference since I purchased this and started using it!

Wanted to wait before writing this review. I was very skeptical but wanted to try before hrt’s. Brief history I’m 54 in peri menopause. I may see one cycle every quarter. All symptoms of peri menopause. I would count hotflashes in the middle of the night. I was being woken up 8-10x a night. suffering burning from the inside out. Therefore I wasn’t sleeping, very irritated all day. Coffee mad my moods worse the more I drank to function the more paranoid I became. This cream changed my life!!! It’s been 2 months. No hotflashes! I sleep all night now. If I feel myself start to get randomly hot a rub the cream on my inner thighs, my wrists and armpits. Yes it does burn..I DONT CARE better than suffering with hot flashes. I would definitely recommend. EDIT UPDATE: 1/24/26 second order of this product. I don’t know what’s going on but a few uses of this cream and the perimenopause symptoms became worse. Hot flashes all night and bone cold in the morning and afternoon. No relief. Again I’m tired and frustrated because of lack of sleep again. It doesn’t have that brief burning sensation that let me know it’s working. In my opinion, I don’t think this is the same cream I’ve used before. The first batch worked wonders. Ugh

I should have spent a little more time making sure it was the same "Anna's" that Barbara O'Neill recommends, but it is NOT! My first clue was a strong "synthetic fragrance" when I opened it! It smells very nice (like a vintage, powdery scent), but I don't put synthetic fragrance on my body. When I went to look for the ingredients, I found there were NONE listed except for the active ones!!! :-O This is probably made with parabens too. I'm super bummed that I paid money for this.

I have been using this for 3 months and 3 menstrual cycles and I can say this absolutely works! My first week I noticed I was more relaxed and balanced and then my first menstrual cycle using the cream I noticed I had almost no cramping or breast tenderness and my flow was lighter. My second menstrual cycle was even better, and I just finished my third one—this was by far the best one yet. I didn’t even have any warnings of getting my period whatsoever. I didn’t even have crazy emotional moods, even my husband said he noticed a major difference. I usually have a few hours on day 2 of a heavier flow and the rest is so normal and light and only lasts about 4-5 days. This cream is magic and very effective! You just have to give it some time and be patient because every body and hormonal imbalance is different. I do like the smell and yes, there is a warming sensation to it. The ingredients to the actual Anna’s brand out of Australia is exactly the same, the only difference is the ingredient that helps stimulate absorption is double in this product, hence the warming sensation. I would have given this 5 stars but this company is deceiving buyers into thinking this is the actual Anna’s brand from Australia and it’s not. Just be honest with your customers. It’s the same formula but it’s not the same company. I will continue using this product and will be buying a lot more to keep on hand so I can keep my hormones balanced and Anna’s from Australia is much more expensive and goes out of stock a lot, plus shipping from Australia can take awhile.

Off kilter hormones are very confusing. Since starting this product, i've had a number of unusual things happen. I do not respond well to using too much. But when I use the right amount, it seems to help. This cream does appear to have a good potency. To go along with its good reputation.

Not great for me. I bought it for menopausal issues and, while I'm not sure it was the cream, I developed a rather foul mood and stopped using it.

This stuff is by far a life saver I was having horrible hot flashes, since using the product my sweats are gone!!!!

NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS ANNA’S AUSTRALIAN CREAM. SMELLS DIFFERENT, ACTS DIFFERENT. I have half a mind putting it through my work lab to see if ingredients are really what it claims on the sticker!!

Thought this has helped with my hot flushes and better moods . Has made my acne worse but it is the first month of using it . My concern is the perfume doesn't smell natural. When I use Yuka health app to scan this product it says it is bad because it has parabens and benzophenone in it . These things can disturb our hormones or and worse. Not sure what to do thing about this product!!
