This is an amazing spice! It improves the taste and flavor of our steamed rice. My children have never been happier with eating our rice!

This is the perfect holy basil for authentic Pad Krapow, stir fried holy basil (กระเพาl). I lived in Thailand and it's hard to get fresh holy basil here. So go with this

Good product ! still get good fragrance! of cause it not liked the fresh one but its very close, before use clean with water and rinse it quickly ( don’t let stay long you will lose the taste and fragrance) keep in dry place after opened

When I opened the package there was a horrible smell. I thought that maybe it was because it was a dried version of the basil. When I tasted the basil it had a strong taste of mold. I tried to return the package, but returns are not available.

This is a must have for Thai cooking. It works great, especially when fresh Thai basil isn’t always available. This is aromatic & tasty! I keep this on hand, for when I can’t make it to my favorite Asian grocery store. The dried leaves are much larger flakes, than many other brands. It’s also very economical. Will definitely order more, when my current package runs out. Please note: This is NOT the same taste or smell as Italian sweet basil!
