Yoga Bear: Simple Poses for Little Ones (Yoga Kids and Animal Friends Board Books)

My toddler loves this book. She found my old yoga mat that I haven't used since before she was born and she brought into my room and said "let's do yoga". She wants all the books in the series. It's so cute to watch her look at the pics and do the poses. This is the 2nd yoga book she has gotten in this series. The first at 2yo and this one at 2.5 yo.

Best Yoga Book Collection for young children. I teach early Childhood & my children every year love all Sarah Hinder books! They perfer these books over video yoga. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Love this book and so does my toddler. She has been doing yoga since she was in my belly so enjoys doing it with me. Great to read before bed to stretch and relax.

I got this book for my nephew as part of his Christmas present. He loves taking a yoga break in the middle of the day and attempting each of these poses. The illustrations make it easy to follow although this book has some more challenging poses than some of the other yoga books. Yoga Whale by the same author has some easier poses. My nephew leans towards that book more often than this one :)

The yoga instructor at a baby and me class used this. All the kids liked it so much that we purchased our own. My little opens it up and enjoys mimicking the animal poses, and creating his own.

My grandson and I do yoga together often. This book makes it fun to do it together.

These are simple and cute poses to get toddlers into yoga. My son does “yoga time” at his preschool so this was a fun book to do at home when he wants us to do yoga time. Great for 2 and up.

We have several of these and my 2 year old loves them. They are very easy poses for her and we do yoga nights a few times a week with these books
