Straight out of the box the boots were light well made and extremely comfortable they wear like tennis shoes I have bought plenty of boots these you can't beat for the price they are better than more expensive brands they fit and are more comfortable than my GORUCK boots that i paid 160.00 for these are a must have and great if you are in a desert environment like me here in arizona it's hard to find boots that are breathable and comfortable these fit the bill you will not waste your money getting these thank you NORTIV 8 hope you do not discontinue these boots they are awesome and i will recommend anyone get these right away you can't go wrong

Only con:-The ones sent to me were defective. They were missing the speed lace loops on one side. Amazon sent me a new pair overnight. Great service.Pros:-It's not a regular jungle boot. The sole is thicker and the support is stiffer.-If you wear wide width like me and were skeptical because they don't offer wides, no worries. Just loosen the laces a bit and the boot will accommodate a wider fit. There is plenty of lace.-A quarter length sock will be a perfect fit and look if getting these for wearing shorts.-They promote breathing because of the canvas.-Not a heavy boot. It's suede, canvas, glue, sole and stitching...nothing complicated.-Plenty of room to add your own insole on top of the one it comes with.

Fits true to size. I'm in service and the boots issued did a number on my feet. I have developed metatarsalgia/ plantar fascitis. Before purchasing these boots, I was walking on the knifes edge of my feet. I was advised by my doctor to change my work boots. NORTIV8 was my 1st pick because of reviews. It is comfy and lightweight, feels like a sneaker and has helped tremendously with my foot pain. I have half a mind to get another pair to rotate....maybe an 8" zippered boot this time.

Excellent traction, comfortable and field worthy!

This is a good lightweight boot. Seems to be made well. Nice support for the ankle. Good tread pattern does not collect an excess amount of loose dirt/mud etc. The only con I have is it is a little hard putting my foot in without really loosing a lot of the laces. A zipper lase or side lace would be a great addition. Still love the way they feel and the light weight.

Extremely comfortable boots! I walk on concrete all night and these have a more athletic fit to me. Very lightweight def will buy another in different color soon.

Not a true “coyote brown” but it is a nice pair of boots, and very comfortable.
