I bought this for my adult disabled sibling who recently just started regressing and biting on her thumbs. This is a sanitary option to help her in overwhelming moments.

I love the idea of the necklace they didn't last very long with my son being autistic and trying to chew on them they really didn't last long at all most of them broke within the same week of him wearing it. Not the necklace part but he chewed up the teether part. But I made it through a month with it I just wish that the item was more durable
