In my experience focus is pretty spot on even in low light when used on an X-Pro2 and X-T2. It's definitely slower than in a well lit environment, but that's to be expected of any lens.

Q: How well does this lens do for capturing real estate interiors?

Good enough! Not exactly wide like the rokinon 12mm but still wide enough for real estate.

Q: Is this compatible with the x100f? would it be a nice gift for someone who has the x100f?

No, the X100F is a fixed lens camera. Check out the Fuji WCL and TCL instead, those are Wide and Telephoto conversion lenses for X100 series cameras.
