Why did my bag have holes, it was supposed to be a softer candy, not rock hard and stale?

I dont know why your bag had holes but this is a hard candy not soft or chewy. Ive ordered several times and have never had a problem. This candy is definitely not meant to be soft.

No. No artificial colors. No honey. Gluten and dairy free.
