This cooler is so convenient and easy to travel with. I take it with me on beach days or if I'm going to a friend's house. It keeps things cold for quite a while. However, I will say if your ice has begun melting, do NOT lean over while this is on your back because water will come out through the zipper. Other than that, there is no leaking from the seams or condensation on the outside of the pack. The top compartment is large enough to put a sandwich, candy bar and a small bag of chips. The straps are fairly comfortable even with a full cooler. Using a backpack cooler for the beach makes things so much easier to transport your stuff from the car to the sand. I bought one for my sister and she loves hers too! :)

A highly recommended product with good capacity and multi-use with very good quality. It has several compartments to put things in and is resistant.

Nice little backpack cooler, it would get 5 stars if the zipper was metal, it lasted 2 years or so, and the zipper crapped out. Kept food cold, lots of compartments for all your stuff, just needs a heavy duty zipper! But, that's the first thing that goes on these things, no matter the brand! Good cooler for the price!

We got this cooler for tee ball games and it works great! Lots of room for ice cold beverages!

good value for the money

The media could not be loaded. I've been hearing about this brand from some of my friends who hike/camp around so I figured I'd give it a shot. With the weather finally warming up, I decided to test out the backpack with some friends on a nice warm day. It was the perfect opportunity to break some sweat on the mountains as I'm trying to get more fit this year.One of the first things I noticed when preparing for my hiking trip was not only the quality of the bag (kinda impressed) but the amount of space the backpack had. It had more than enough space for what I wanted to pack that day for me and my friends which included drinks/snacks for the 5 of us. It has a bunch of different insulated pockets with enough space to fit what you need and to my surprise.. about 2 hours later after reaching the top of the mountain, the drinks were still just as cold as when I packed them. It felt so good and I was pretty happy about that.I haven't tried leaving any drinks in for 24 hours, but I can see how the drinks could still stay cold for that long.I think another important thing to point out is the comfort. In reality, anything on your shoulders for long periods of time will start to hurt your shoulders or back, but this backpack made it pretty comfortable and bearable to wear up and down the mountain that day.All in all, I've used regular school backpacks for trips like this or beach days in the past, and after trying this out for the day I felt pretty naive for taking this long to get this cooler backpack. As soon as you try it I think you'd be swearing by them.. not at them.

I purchased this as a cooler for the beach and just trips in general. The backpack idea seemed great and reviews are mostly positive. I tried to pack this for a hospital stay for baby delivery. I packed it with 4 20oz Gatorade bottles, 4 cans and 4 protein shake cartons and some bagged snacks. I didn't even have any ice or ice packs in it. When I picked it up, it sounded like the straps were going to rip off. I put it on my back and even being a smaller person I did not find it comfortable at all. The straps hurt and the bottom of the bag hit my low back in a weird spot. I had to return. I was hoping for better. Positive note, the fabric is very wipable unlike some coolers that are made of canvas or polyester.
