UPDATE: While the shoes might be problematic, their customer service is not. As soon as my review went live they reached out and offered a refund. I had thrown away the shoes last night so this was a great unexpected surprise.So uncomfortable even with good insoles. Also the main fabric is suede and after a few short hours it has begun stretching weirdly. Also only stretching is happening on the left shoe.If you order these go a half size up.

while the quality of these boots were nice I was not impressed with the fit. they were comfortable but just couldn’t get tight enough on my foot to feel like a shoe. I felt like I was walking around with slippers on. I returned them.

Very low quality came apart within 3 days sole separated from shoe and Velcro straps separated from shoe. might make a good slipper to wear around the house. Son said they were comfortable just not very tough.
