As best I understand it, it's the continuous discharge rate the battery can handle: 30C x 5000mAh (5Ah) = 150A discharge rate. So for the same 5000mAh battery, a 50C battery is rated at 250A discharge rate (see your ESC specifications to see the amp rating it is designed to handle). I have three of the 25C 7.4V SPC 5000mAh batteries and I've been very pleased with them. I only bash, have never raced. I've been wondering a little, though, if I would see more benefit from buying a new battery that is 2S 50C or a 3S 25C... really don't know.

Will it fin in a traxxas rustler?

The 2872 is too long to fit in a standard Rustler chassis, but 5 minutes with a Dremel tool and it fits perfectly. There's an open chamber underneath the electronic speed control (esc) mount, and you need to cut out the front wall of that chamber. It's a very quick process with a Dremel tool (using a cutoff wheel and a sanding drum), and there isn't any drawback with removing it. That chamber wall helps hold in place the shorter NiMH batteries, but even without it the NiMH battery didn't seem to move around much.My son's rustler is scary fast with the new battery and he loves it. Can I use this on a brushed E-Maxx 3903?

I wouldn't run a 3S on this RC unless I have an extra motor. Is too much power for a brushed motor. You can use a 2S. And you are still running a thing line with a brushed system. I burnt mine with a 2S after a few runs

Will this battery work with raxxas 7407 1/10 Rally Car Brushless with Velineon VXL-3s Electronic Speed Control??? And I need a charger advice for it!

I went to the Traxxas website and found my RC car product chart. They specify the batteries that work on your vehicle. I bought this one for our Stampede 4x4. I recommend the Traxxas battery charger, as it has all the charging functions for this type of LiPo batteries, in addition to other battery types too, and it was affordable.
