You take the spray cap off your cologne and fill the atomizer through the bottom you pump it, it’s easy to use and great lil piece for when you travel to to have in your car.

There is a small rubber at the bottom of the bottle that holds the liquid in. If you lost that, the bottle will not fill up anymore.
