Away Large Checked Suitcase, Jet Black, Standard, The Large

Great L checked bag. I converted from Monos. Both have great build quality, wheels and handle (Monos slightly more solid). The reason I converted is that the Away dimensions have a slightly wider, shorter stance for the same volume which gives it a lower center of mass that makes it more stable to roll. The Monos tipped over on me a few times when I didn’t pack it out with the heaviest items at the very bottom near the wheels. I’m happy I could get free shipping with Prime. If I bought it directly from Away, I would be charged $50 for Hawaii shipping (outside CONUS).

Much bigger than I thought. Extremely well made and is great for travel. Plenty of room even without utilizing packing cubes. Now I am looking at their Bigger Carry On. Great product.

Solid value for the money kind of a ubiquitous shape. Rolls well; very light, but solid construction.

Wow. Just...wow. Bought it on Black Friday and using it in a few weeks for a trip over the holidays. I opened it up and am SO IMPRESSED with the quality and design. Zippered pockets everywhere and this thing is big!
