Nice.set
Purchased as a birthday gift for my little boy. These are amazing! Superior quality picture and sound. We have gotten hours and hours of enjoyment out of this set and im sure there is alot more to come.

I didn’t watch them yet but I pooped them in and they worked. Here is a clear picture of the region codes since the product does not specify. Ok so I watched them all they worked and the first 3 films are amazing then the last 2 are ok. Good

PLAYS ON MY U.S. PANASONIC DP-UB420-K 4K PLAYER
PLAYS ON MY U.S. PANASONIC DP-UB420-K 4K PLAYER NOTE 1: I have not watched any of these all the way through. I tested the menus, movies, extras, etc. on my Panasonic and saw no issues. I got this version because, A. blu-ray is the way to go for these films and, B. the description and the reviews seemed the most comforting regarding U.S. Region 1. This is my primary reason for paying it forward with this review. NOTE 2: If you haven't heard already, "Dead Men Tell no Tales" is titled "Salazar's Revenge" outside of the U.S... including on this box set. Through all my research, I believe this is the best way to watch all 5. With the exception of the 5th film, any 4K versions you can find to date will have been ruined by overprocessing. This includes Disney+. Research reviews on Hi-Def Digest, blu-ray.com, avsforum, etc. Many call the 4K versions of 1-4 the worst yet... surpassing Terminator 2. Even streaming through an Apple TV 4K will not offer the bitrate of these physical blu-ray discs. And even with 5 (Dead Men Tell no Tales / Salazar's Revenge,) the video may be a little better than the blu-ray, but the Atmos track on the 4K disc and Disney+ is said to be not as punchy or dynamic as the DTS-HD Master Audio track that's already on the blu-ray; this according to blu-ray.com and avsforum. However, if you have height speakers, the Atmos track on the 4K disc of this film is said to still be excellent and make good use of them. Also to date, you won't find a box set like this on any standard U.S. store shelves. Makes a great gift! Cheers

Hakuna matata
The price finally matched what I was willing to pay for these five BIG movies and I have no regrets. The box, the cases and all the discs were pristine. They played perfectly and left me feeling content with the pricetag.
