Ideal Target Practice
Good little pads, sturdy bit light weight and feel good in the hand. Use these for warming up before competitions as they don't take up much space in the kit bag.

What a great purchase!
So I got these for my two boys, one is 7 and just loves anything physical and my other is 4 and is a WWE fanatic! They absolutely love me holding the both of them out while they have a kick fest! They only stop when I physically put them away otherwise they would be there all night!!! Great gift for any child who loves physical rough and tumble stuff/taekwondo/karate/wrestling... fab!

So far, so good. This has been great for both punches and kicks. Also use them to test for blocking. This was an inexpensive training tool. It is sturdy, for I have been able to kick the mess out of it and I’ve had it for about three weeks now. Hopefully I do not have to buy another one, but if I do, I’d buy the same product again.

Excelente servicio llegó un día antes del esperado , soy cinta negra hoy los llevaré al dojang y veré qué tal , en un mes pondré actualización de sí funciona para uso diario y rudo en taekwondo. Por ahora por el precio se ve de excelente calidad pero me gustaría en color negro también

I purchased these as a gift for a father and kids to practice their kicks and punches together, and it was a great purchase. I wish they made as loud a "clap" as other targets I've used - To be honest it's a really great feeling to hear how loud a CLAP you can make with your punches and kicks, and this one is much more padded than what I'm used to so it's not at loud or fulfilling sound (Haha - small detail, I know). But if the sound doesn't matter to you these are great quality targets.
