I really like this toothpaste as a minty flavor. I got it because it is whitening, has a minty flavor, And it's for sensitive teeth. I think it does help with all of those things I do wish it was mintier but as far as toothpaste without fluoride goes this is one of the more mintier and refreshing ones which I appreciate. However I do wish it was more minty and more refreshing. This is a two-face where I switch off using traditional toothpaste and this toothpaste.

I love the toothpaste. I just hope it lives up to its hype, and heals the small chink of my enamel. I suppose that’s too much to ask.

I don’t see any changes. Only giving 3 stars because I don’t use this for every cleaning so I cannot say definitively that it’s a good product. It’s a more costly toothpaste.

After using twice a day for 14 days, I have not had any improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. I'm not a coffee drinker or a smoker. I drink nothing but plain water. We are a dye-free home as well so there's not any artificial colorings impacting my teeth. This stuff tastes good but it's definitely not whitening. The 5-level whitening in 7 days claim on the package is pretty outlandish, at least for me!
