We got this from friends visiting Italy and Sicily and went to the company web site to order some. It was disappointing to see we couldn’t order from the US. So on a whim I checked and saw it was available as a next day Prime option! Amazing flavor and source. They are a well deserved award winner, it is a little pricey but your health and home cooked masterpieces are worth it.

I’m trying to incorporate good fats into my diet, mainly by oil and vinegar dressings. I have not cooked with this one yet. But it’s delicious over bruschetta and burrata caprese, and I saw the ice cream trend and it’s good over pistachio.

This is the perfect olive oil for me. A rather strong olive flavor, slightly bitter. I don't like the fruity mild ones. Definitely will be ordering again! Plus it's on the more affordable side!
