I was a bit hesitant to buy these after reading the description and not sure they would be new tires, but they were indeed new (with DOT 0419 branded on them). Both delivery to the store and installation (at Sears auto) went smoothly. The Goodyear tires I received were made in Turkey, as I read they are now manufactured in different countries aside from the US. Will comment later on longevity and if any issues should arise.
