For all the claims of being super fresh, this is a huge disappointment. The red licorice was all rock hard and inedible. The Sour varieties were okay, but still overly chewy for my taste.

I absolutely loved these candies! From the moment I opened the bag, the aroma was amazing. They have the perfect balance of sweetness with that unique licorice touc flavorful but not overwhelming. The texture is soft and easy to chew, not hard or sticky like other brands I’ve tried. The packaging is also very nice and practical to carry around or keep at home.I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a high quality snack with an authentic taste. They quickly became my favorite, and I’ll be buying them again for sure

Not soft like the adds brag about. Seems old and not soft (Australian) style, not sure if the Finnish style is supposed to be like that or not. But not at all impressed. May very well have been with Amazon to long before being sent out. I contacted Licorice.com, explained what I felt happened. They are sending me (Free) a new order to replace what I ordered from Amazon. This type of customer service is why I will be coming back.

I ordered this twice last year from Company website and it was super fresh and soft. I just received them from Amazon and it’s hard and old. Not sure what to do!?
