I've been taking Sam-e for over a decade. Up until now, I've been pretty brand loyal. However, the price went up to the "ouch" zone. I decided to give these a try. They work exactly the same as my old brand. The price is much better. It's fantastic. I'll absolutely be buying these again.

Highly recommend Sam-e to those with seasonal depression. Been taking this supplant for many years; growing up in AK with the long dark season I never had to take antidepressants. Amazing product.

I love LEF supps and they are typically of great quality and value for their ingredients and highly effective. I took one star off because these upset my stomach. It's a common issue for Sam-E products and I've experienced it with others as well. It's important to note that it says to take 4/day for mood support and 3/day for joint health so it's not a lot of product (15-20 day supply) which I didn't notice until I bought them. I was only taking one/day and could feel it. This may change over time and depends on the person. I still think it's a good product, just not for me.

My son's psychiatrist recommended this. But this doesn't work for him. I took this as my daily supplement and found that it helps with my knee pain. I don't feel other effect besides that.

Would not recommend. I’ve been using SAMe for awhile now and it significantly improved my mood. I tried this brand and had stomach pain within a day that went away when I stopped using it. AOR brand works much better.
