Excellent customer service, excellent hat!
I simply can not say enough good things about this hat or the company! I bought this for my fiance for our vacation to St. Lucia. When I initially ordered it, it had already sold out by the time it processed. The owner contacted me and offered to refund me or send a hat as soon as the next batch was made. I opted to wait since I was not leaving for vacation for 3 weeks. He stayed in constant touch with me via email and I had the hat, with free expidited shipping, within a week.The hat itself is fantastic. It's made very well. It went throught a week of salt, sand and sun and didn't fade. He got so many compliments on it I lost count. Highly recommend!!

Great Hat
Really like the hat. Fits my larger head very well, and it's nice and deep. I just wish the "aged" look didn't leave so many bits of string and thread hanging everywhere. If I can see it in my vision it bothers me a lot. So I just trimmed them off.

Hat Size Incorrect
If you're head is truly a 7 5/8 this hat will not fit you. I actually wear a 7 3/8 hat size and I loved this hat when I saw it. I ordered it and got it yesterday and loosened the back to make it bigger and when I put the hat one it was so tight when I actually pulled it down how you wear a hat and the strap you loosen on the back was an inch away from my head. This is more like a fitted hat, you can't make it bigger like you should be able to. the strap in the back doesn't even touch your head like it should when you make the hat bigger unless you have a much smaller head. While not fit anyone with a 7 3/8 size or bigger which isn't that big. I was so bummed as I really like this hat, now it will just sit in the closet and I will buy another one. Love this brand so I hope their other hats are not all like this.

Too shallow
I wanted to like it but it’s way too shallow of a hat. Ugh. Returned.
