Can you make this EBT eligible?

I can’t buy these Canadian waters with EBT on Amazon or other United States website I don’t understand cause I could see if it was not allowed in Convenient stores they don’t sell them in any Walmart shop ‘n save Shores davenports Sam’s Club in Maine you can only buy them at gas stations that have a store like Shell or AB Robinson you used to be able to buy them at Irving or Circle K because they are actually Canadian owned and these waters come from Canada and they are expensive because there are import charges in order for us to be able to have them in the store so we can buy them but I can tell you that I find them very expensive because I have seen them go from $3.45 up to $4.95 in the last 2 1/2 months and I can tell you that I rather pay what I’m paying here at the store and buy them off Amazon because they are more money on Amazon and half the time I have a couple bottles broke out of my 12 pack and their glass bottles so again you can use EBT at the stores that carry on the maine Also so it’s a win-win not buying them on here
