This 18" luggage surpasses my expectations. I initially ordered their 16-inch size, which was a disaster.It could not accept a 13" Mac, and the outside pocket for wallets etc., too short to accept the usual long wallet. The 18" is perfect. 13 Mac fits perfectly into the 2nd outside pocket and is very accessible when needed. The outside pocket is deeper and much more usable for wallet, passport, and important travel papers. It has two rather than just one narrow zipped side pocket (unlike the 16") . The handle extends well and is solid, rolls and spins very well. It is amazingly light.It is essential for me that it fits under the plane seat. This feature is clearly stated in the product details, and I took the time to read all the reviews to confirm that in fact buyers reviews confirm that it does. Would I have liked the gold zipper from the 16"? Yes, because it makes the bag look smarter! However, not much point if one can't use for the laptop, which is essential for today's traveler. Lastly I LOVE the square main section ,making it very useable versus majority of rollers, that taper at the top so that the main packing space is harder to work with.UPDATE AFTER MY FIRST TRIP. This luggage delivered on every count. My #1 concern was 'would it fit under the seat' regardless of the reviews that said it did. Window seat on SouthWest has the smallest of under seat space. This bag was perfect, very easy to put in and pull out. The wheels are SO smooth, the square main section made packing very efficient and to top it off, when totally packed, I could not believe how LIGHTWEIGHT it was. I am both very pleased and impressed.

This bag was perfect! Easy to maneuver, fit all my essential when traveling with my toddler and pushing a stroller. It’s so cute too! Fit under the seat in front of us however some flight attendants will insist on putting it overhead.

Took this bag on a recent trip and it worked so well. I have a bad back and did not want to be stuck carrying a backpack thru the airport and during layovers, so this was my personal item. It has great storage capacity and rolled well. Fit under seats with no issues and also worked well as a foot stool during the flight for my short legs.

Pros-It is a good size for under the seat. Nice easy access compartment. Cons-will not fit larger laptops. Mine is a 14 inch and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using the laptop sleeve. Not enough protection and a very tight fit. I will be putting it in the main compartment. I was a little disappointed because the description state it will fit a 15” laptop. EDIT: I flew on American and it won't fit under window seat. The inept airlines have hogged out the underseat space on larger planes with their electrical equipment for usb charging. It will fit under the middle seat. American Airlines tried to take it away from me on a small regional jet plane but I showed them how it fit the personal item size. Getting really tired of this. This bag does fit the American Airlines sizer for personal size, even when packed pretty full. United Airlines has totally reduced the dimensions for personal item. Check your airlines before you assume it will fit.

Looks great, feels sturdy, moves easily - fits my tablet, purse items & cloth purse that packs flat plus a week’s worth of summer clothes (including what I wear on the plane, so that would be the dressy outfit if I needed one)… If it actually fits under the seat in front of me on a flight later this summer, I will be over the moon delighted - anything that makes airline travel easier is golden (I will update my review after…)

Pros: it’s light and the size fits my need (for an overnight bag)Cons: the handle when fully extended clicks into place and is sturdy but when extending it only halfway, it does not ‘click and hold’ well. Instead, any slight movement will push the handle down. Not sure if I have a defective handle as I haven’t seen any reviews commenting on this.

Excellent bag -- fits under seat on most airlines, including Delta and JetBlue. Nice look, good roll, good storage for its size. Decent pockets.

I recently used this underseat carry-on for a 4-night trip and was genuinely impressed. Despite being very compact, it easily fit all my essentials.
