I get a lot of mail, and this makes it so quick and easy to open the envelopes. Some may say this is the lazy way to open an envelope, and a waste of money. Wow! This works great and easy to use! it just takes of a tiny bit of the envelope so you are sure not to cut into anything you shouldn't. I have had this for over a year and it keeps on going, so it is durable and a good value!

Well received. Product does its job. Opens mails. Everything is good. But its heavy cause it requires 4-AA batteries to run the unit. We will see how long the battery will last. There will be follow up in 3-months

This works very well, easy to use, put the top edge of the envelope in and it does the rest. Only issue was getting the batteries in, got them in in the end though.

Although this letter opener seems like a bit of an odd item for us and my 93 year old mother it’s works well and prevents tears in the items inside the envelope and makes shredding of unwanted items easier.

The electric mail opener is a handy tool to keep on your desk. It’s small and easy to store on a shelf or anywhere you need it. The only reason it is getting 4 stars is because, sometimes the mail can slip up and not get cut all the way. Works very well for the price though for sure.
