I'm afraid I have to give this a one star review as it did not work for me at all. Perhaps I have a septum that is more deviated than average, but since this product advertises itself as providing "A significant reduction of nasal congestion (for deviated septum, colds, allergies or during pregnancy)", I would have to disagree. I could not even get this device up one of my nostrils (the deviated side). It went up the other one okay, but I must admit it did feel quite uncomfortable. I tried in vain to get it to fit on the other side, but after nearly bruising myself in the process, I gave up. I have since moved to Snoreeze nasal strips (purchased from Boots, though I'm sure you can get them anywhere) over my nose and they work beautifully! I think I've been able to breathe freely from the left side of my nose for the first time in my life!

I am pretty undecided on this product it does what it is meant to do but it isn't very comfortable after a while and is not good to sleep in, I once woke up with a nosebleed with this product. I do however still use occasionally but I find halfway through the night I remove it because it moves out of place and it's pretty uncomfortable after a while and irritates the lining of my nose. I give this product three stars.

Good product however the product listing is not clear on its sizing. I got a Medium and it is very large for my nose, probs could have done with a Small. Overall however my sleep has improved massively, I feel as though I have slept well as I normally struggle breathing with a 'blocked nose' when it comes to going to sleep. This has eradicated this. The only issue I have with the product is it can become uncomfortable at times.

Have been wearing this for 3weeks, woke up with it on my bed once so not bad going. Works as intended, and helps me sleep much better. I have a deviated septum and it still works, most likely as I bought the medium size.

Not for me I'm afraid. In theory it's great in that it is a bit of rubber that acts under tension to push nostrils out. Indeed, once in, it does do that well. However, it's only a very temporary solution as it either falls out or becomes so uncomfortable that it has to come out, quickly. So, if you want it for overnight snoring or any other longer period of time then I suspect this will just be a waste of money. Worth a punt perhaps but I won't be buying another.

Ok, I read some reviews and saw the rating was not bad so I went for it..well, just worthless and useless!!!! I mean, this is based on my experience; I don't have a huge nose or tiny, just normal but regardless on how I tried to make it work inside my nose nostrils it was just an impossible task. too small?...too big??? No matter which way I inserted, it would just not stay within nostrils so basically I neither got to experience a snore free night nor a breathing aid for my nose. I'll keep it as a souvenir since its not refundable!!!! Or at least could have the "Try it for free" or "Your money back if not Satisfied" NEXT!!!

I’ve tried all manner of things to get a decent night’s sleep and wake up without a dry mouth because of sleeping with my mouth open. This works for me. From the first night I slept comfortably. Mouth closed. Job done.

As you can see from the reviews, it's a coin flip if it would work for you or not. Surprisingly, for me it works, even better than nasal strips.

On peut dire que ca fait le job à savoir une meilleure respiration les narines sont écartées et laisse plus d air passer ce qui reduit les éventuels ronflements c est pas mal. Ensuite le produit s insère parfaitement je ne l ai pas perdu ds la nuit contrairement a ce que j ai lu ce n est pas genant comme je le craignais Très content de l achat on verra sur la durée mais pour le prix RAS
