Replacement for same power supply from 12 months ago
Purchased as a replacement for a blown power plug for a set of outdoor lights. The blown power plug was from same company hence drop of two stars. The previous plug did last a year but would expect not to have to replace in such short period of time.

Not suitable for outdoors long term
We purchased some outdoor lights which came with a horizontal transformer plug...replaced with one of these and it works a treat. Built in timer works great too.***UPDATE***Ok, so after the lights working for months, they now no longer work and the led is not lighting on the transformer. Unplugging the lights showed water had managed to get into the connection...not sure how given it's screwed so tight.Sellers won't help since I'm not using their core series lights, even though the transformer that came with my lights was the same manufacturer and spec!!I'm short...this won't last being outdoors. Avoid!

Sadly didn't work.
Bought this to power our outdoor Christmas lights but it did not work. Not sure why.Was really happy to find this adapter to plug into our outdoor plug socket but unfortunately it did not power the lights.Had to return and get a refund.
