Honestly no real complaints. I give it 4 stars because one of the suction hooks falls sometimes, but it doesn't mean it's a defect in the product per say. My husband uses it and loves it. Loves the fact that it keeps it off his shirt so much better, plus it makes clean up so much easier and my sink unclogged!

Great idea. Poor execution. The suction cup for the mirror fell off before I could use it. The suction cups are extremely difficult to get off the mirror. The hair catcher is too short.

Makes the weekly beard trimming session a breeze. The clean-up is as simple as flipping it into the bin and tapping.

Bought this for my fiancé because I was tired of cleaning his hair out of the sink, and it works wonders!

It has no suction so it never sticks to the mirror. It's useless. A waste of money.

The suction cups don't even stick and when you shave your arm pushes it out of the way. Cool idea but total waste of money

The fabric likes to fall out of the hooks. As long as you find a solution, like wrapping a rubber band at the end of each hook, then it works great. The fabric is quite soft and easy to clean. The major downside: I purchased this in November and it didn't arrive till end of February. So if it's a gift, don't buy it expecting to arrive on time. And if it's a Christmas gift, like mine was for the boyfriend, then buy it in the summer to ensure it get there on time. Otherwise, go for a better brand that will cost you at least $30. That's what I ended up doing when this didn't arrive. At least my boyfriend has one for traveling now...
