My husband loved these. Perfect size and was true to size. Easy to put on and hook up. They are very bright and has different settings which does help with adding some sense of safety when on the side of the road. The different flash settings is a perk compared to other light options.

Love these lights. They are bright and work just as I need them to. I did have an issue with the lights not working properly and their customer service was excellent to get my problem resolved!

2024 F250 Second truck I’ve owned and installed these on, older model did not have the strobes built in. All wiring was plenty long for a full size crew cab truck Easy install other than ford making it way too difficult to get to the headlight wiring especially if you have the plow package. Strobes are plenty bright and help get attention when needed. Running lights/blinkers also seem brighter than the older model i had. I ordered the 60 inch on accident which was too short but i just centered it on the step and its not really noticeable. Impatience made me not return for longer one. Would definitely purchase again.

Bought the 3ple row brake light which works beautifully was zuper easy install This sidekick like seems to be high quality very bright and matches my tailgate brake light from opt7 ...,only reason not giving five stars is because its a lil more complicated to do wiring ..some experience might be needed if never worked with wires or to be on the safe side hir3 a professional installer....overall this are beautiful lights worth having them . Buy them ull like them 💯 %

I own a lot of Opt7 lighting products that I've bought over the years. I have Opt7 interior lighting kits in two of my BMWs and exterior lighting products on my 21 Jeep JLU and my 24 RAM 3500 and have been extremely happy with all. Just recently I had an issue with the 60" Sidekick running board lights that I purchased from Amazon in July of 2024. Out of all of the Opt7 products I own this was the first that I had issues with. I have to say a measure of a great company and great products is not only the reliability of the product but the service you get after the sale in the unfortunate event that you do have a issues. That's what prompted me to write this review! I emailed customer service due the failure of my Sidekick lights. Not only did they respond promptly but they kept reaching out to me when I didn't respond back to them right away. I am often busy and away from my computer/phone and responding back for me can be a challenge but they kept sending me reminders. Where do you find customer service like that!? After sending them photo and video proof of the failure and the proof of sale, they agreed to send my replacement lights for both sides as the failure was within their warranty period. So that being said not only do they have AWESOME RELIABLE products but their customer service is just as OUTSTANDING! Great products! Great service! You can't go wrong with OPT7 for you vehicle light needs!

This is my second set of these lights. The brain is the problem. Compared to how good the light bar is made the brain is very cheap. Couldn’t function the bars and burnt out a whole side on the first set. Replaced and received wrong order. A month later and I am unhappy to say the second set is installed after much damage taking off the first set and now they randomly turn on in the middle of the night only not day time and light up the whole neighborhood making everyone upset. Don’t know what to do as removing these strips destroys them entirely and don’t believe another brain will be of any higher quality. Will likely have to add an additional hard wired switch to ensure they don’t accidentally turn on at night or while I am driving. Terrible product. Very damaging. Much more reliable for MUCH cheaper. The improved look from more leds isn’t that much better as they never all light up at once. They are counting the leds in the white and yellows combined and they are NEVER on at the same time so it is clever marketing and a total lie. Don’t bother with anything from opt7 until they improve the way they manufacturing or at least are securing the wiring inside the brain that controls the system. I should have known from the screws they included I. Their rock lights that aren’t stainless and rusted after one rain that the opt7 products are all designed to look good on paper and no one is actively testing them. Also they keep blocking my lower reviews from being posted so…… maybe this one will get through.

I love it it's nice and bright but a little disappointed that it doesn't come in red/white just amber/white. So far it works like it should

Had a slight issue nothing against the running board lights and contacted service and they took great care of me. The lights are super bright and rugged will be ordering more from opt7 with future purchases!
