I had ordered this item on Amazon and it turned out to be defective with excessive noise and vibration. I raised the issue with agaro. They promptly sent for a pick up of the item and a new tooth brush was delivered within a few days. The product delivered is of good quality.

Purchased this product 6months ago 2qty. One got some complaint was not switching ON, so registered to their customer care for warranty. The given resolution, and replaced with in a week. Overall good product and good customer care experience.
