Great book for 5year old
I bought this for my 5 year old daughter as she was very interested in astronauts and it was perfect for her age in explaining the basics of space travel and how the astronauts deal with eating toilet etc. We love it.

ok
A good book for the age. It will only get read once or twice though, better off borrowing books like this from the library or school

It’s good book, for kids just starting to explore their interests in space and a astronauts. Can be a good read for kids learning to read on their own

I read a couple of these types of books to my 4 year-old son every night. This one was a little bit longer of a read than the others at this level but was very interesting and entertaining to him still. The books he enjoys the most are usually the Star Wars or Superhero Squad types, he hasn't been too interested at all in the other "real" topics. As I read it to him I threw in a little bit extra about the space shuttle and he asked questions about different things. This was a very educational book for him, which was a huge bonus because it was also one of the books he has been most interested in.

If you're raising a mission-to-Mars-ready child, or lusting after that Elvis-haired engineer like I am, then this is a good entry-level book that even explains toilets out in space. The main character is Linda, who is sometimes illustrated and sometimes, you know, shown using stock astronaut photography. Interestingly, I was more bothered than the children by shots in which Linda seemed to be sporting dark hair and a mustache while on a space walk. Perhaps it's a little-known effect of zero gravity?

Book is good. But they must advertise that, it may useful for the children below 10 -12 Yrs age.

Purchased as a gift for a five year old. Like how it displays real world photos. Easy to read.
