Timelines of Everything (DK Children's Timelines) Hardcover – October 30, 2018

Lovely design. We really love a lot of the DK books. They are always really well done. Great pictures and clean looking. These timeliness are so fun to look at and discuss. For my homeschool kids, we have a good time looking at them at different times. They aren't all super detailed or inclusive but all give a good overview. They are made easy to follow.

I bought this book and History Year by Year after spending three months doing home schooling with three grandkids. These books make it easy to see the pieces of history we are studying in a larger construct and reinforce what the classroom materials are teaching. Plus the kids love sitting on the couch and reading together. Both books are well layed out, well constructed, beautifully illustrated, and provide a rich diversity of topics to talk about.I looked at the negative reviews but found them to be largely lacking in detail and not worthy of comment here.

This book was recommended for a humanities class I am taking in college. The title says the book is a children's timeline, don't let that keep you from buying it. Once I am done with the book, I'll gift it to one of my grandchildren.

I love this book I’ve yet to get past page 40 because of how much information is in just one page! I would totally recommend this to anybody it’s for all ages there’s pictures and texts.

I got this for my nephew. He loves reading and he loves to read a lot! He read this over and over and he still has it. I’m pretty sure he keeps all of his books!

It is suitable for ages 8 years old and up. The illustrations are beautiful ! It is a well made and heavy book.I had the book for only a month and i noticed the outside of the spine of the book rip this makes me very sad. i hope the binding will stay intact. This book is fragile.

10 year grandson loves it and keeps bringing up data to add to conversations.I perused it and was bowled over by its precision and size. It is a very serious source of information, lots of pages crammed with the nuggets one would like to know when traveling or chatting or partying or teaching or on Jeopardy. It is beautifully presented in maps charts, etc. Beautifully drafted images….. I could go on and on. If I had had this book as a child, teenager, student (and even a geezer), I would love it.

One is never too old to learn. This book of history in the making up to the present is well presented in glossy pages and vivid colors. It is a delight to pick it up anytime and start to discover. It is a book for any age!!!
