I have used this brand several times as well as another. I have gotten the benefit of weight loss and added muscle, and have found that the ingredients also offer other health benefits!!! I have had no side effects, however I stopped taking a baby aspirin every day because i bleed and bruise a little easier when i am taking this.I must say, however the last shipment I received did, for the very first time, cause a slight garlic odor in my armpits after a workout. It is the only only time this has happened and I used it for a year prior without it. I will use the other brand next time, which is a little more expensive and then return to this one in the fall to see if that occurs again. Without the odor this last time, I would have given five stars.

As far as effectiveness, I'm losing weight at about 2 pounds a week following the 4HB, with no serious excercise other than 40 minutes of walking a day, and our cheat days are off the charts (and don't involve any pre meal powersquatting nonsense).My wife who just had a baby and is breastfeeding so isn't using the pills, but is eating the same as me is losing 4 pounds a week.So who knows if they actually work, but they cost less and arrived on time, so no complaints.

I've used other brands of PAGG supplements with success. I tried these out because they were cheaper and I've been plagued with stomach problems ever since. I stopped taking the supplements and ate a normal (not 4HB) diet for a few days to try to figure out what was causing the issue. Ten minutes after taking the supplement again my stomach ache returned. This could be different for everyone but I can't recommend this product.

I received it at my FPO AP address right on time, which was a surprise, usually mail runs late, which also means if I was at a regular shipping address it would have come early. I was impressed by that, now I am just waiting to see if they trim off that last little bit of fat I want off.

So these pills are all the things in PAGG, plus they come in those plastic caplets so they are very easy to swallow (other similarly priced pills are not coated, and stick to your tongue and throat, making them very difficult to swallow).

Waste of money. I suspect that the people who say this product worked for them would have lost weight anyway or it was a placebo effect. I successfully dropped pounds by using a ECA stack, but had to stop because ephedrine is so bad for you and decided to try PAGG. This stack does absolutely nothing for you except make you poorer.

Helps suppress appetite - used in conjunction with the four hour body. Will purchase again. Shipping ws as I expected.
