This is a carabiner and cable tensioner in one. The body is made from plastic and 6.5 cm long. The cable tensioner can take rope from 2 mm to 5 mm. The rotating part that grabs the cable is held in place with a stiff spring. Simply tighten de rope by pulling the loose end. Loosen by rotating the center part (this is not that easy, but doable). There is also an aluminium version. In the alu version loosening the rope is easier.

Diese Seilklemme hat auf der Vorderseite einen Karabinerhaken und auf der Rückseite einen Seilspanner, durch den man das Seil durchziehen kann. Damit kann man im Campingbereich sehr schnell Seile irgendwo befestigen und spannen, zum Beispiel Wäscheleinen oder Abspannungen von Zelten Die Konstruktion der Haken erscheint mir recht robust. Ich denke, die werden ein paar Jahre halten.
