I bought this game after reading the first two rich Dad books because I wanted to get my kids thinking about finances at an early age. I was worried it would be over their heads or not keep their attention but after getting the hang of it they were hooked. We probably played it 4 or 5 times in the first couple weeks and the kids were the ones begging to play. My youngest son was the first to win the game. I would highly recommend it!

Cashflow is like Monopoly meets Life on steroids. Really changes your mindset to think differently than the traditional financial mindset most are brought up on. This game is a must have to play with friends and family looking to build financial and investing skills. The game is long but what my family does is put our game pieces up and continue the following weekend.

This game arrived in great condition. This game was recommended to me by some other people I know trying to make it in the stock market and I’d also highly recommend this game. This game has educational aspects that help the players learn about the stock market, real estate and has a well organized financial ledger. Anyone who wants to get into investing and get a well organized financial ledger (that can probably be used in real life outside the game, effectively) should check it out.

We love playing at this game with our kid and me an my wife alone sometimes, is a good game to teach kids the reality of personal finance and the game does exactly what it is born for, only thing the quality of the board and the printing could have been better. Still a great product.

Our 12 year old daughter was skeptical at first. She didn't see the point and was bored. But, we kept playing anyway and eventually she got sucked in. It took us 3 times of playing the game before we all figured out how to get out. Now we are learning how to have our money make money. Everyone should play it.

Definitely not the easiest game to learn because it's extremely realistic regarding life financials. Recommend playing with someone experienced in the game or in real life business/financially literate. It's a game that a few of my friends get together and play every other Saturday for minimum 3 hours. We've played for 6 hours straight before. Addicting and fun.

The quality of this game is incredible. I was surprised at the weight of the components and board. This is a fast moving and fun game that exercises your mind, hones your basic math skills, and teaches you concepts about personal finance in an exciting way. This game should be used in every school that teaches economics!
