It was a B complex. Since discovered a specific type of B to target, but even so it had a noticeable impact after 2 or 3 days.

Very Effective On Stress And Heart Palpitations..Yellow Pee Side Effect...
This stuff is great, and much cheaper for all you get in comparison to many other more expensive brands. I have not only suffered with occasional anxiety for years, but its also been accompanied by heart palpitations that have always stubbornly hung on even with trying other supplements that are supposed to help. With this stress complex, not only am I noticing a big difference in how relaxed I am, but its also made a big dent of the number and intensity of my palpitations. Is just how well this works in my head? Who knows, it could be. But all I can tell you is that I have tried other stress formulas like Mood Support and True Calm only to find that this has made a much bigger difference in how I feel emotionally, and physically. Not only does this stuff work great, but like all Swanson brands I have used, its also very reasonably priced. The only thing I have noticed with it is what another reviewer here has mentioned. Your pee will take on a much brighter yellow color as some of its formula just runs right through your system. But its harmless and more than enough stays inside you and is absorbed to be very effective. Overall really good stuff that works great and comes at a very fair price.. Highly recommended.. : )
