Broken

The clasp on the bag was very flimsy and as I opened the bag which it was in . Parts of the clasp fell on the floor . The bag is not usable . Very disappointed.

Missing strap holder.

Absolutely gutted the strap holder is missing on one side so can't use the strap! For the hassle of returning the item and waiting for a refund were just going to fix it ourselves however very disappointed as its a beautiful bag
