I am totally impressed. If you are looking for a device to take care of your mopping and vacuuming needs in your house or apartment, get this. The box comes with all the necessary components to get you started on keeping your house/room clean. The device has the sensors around it to avoid the items on the floor and keep cleaning around them. It can also mop, so you can set it up to mop after it vacuums the floors or set it to vacuum only if you have carpets. In the box you will find the remote so you are not locked to use your phone if that's what you prefer. The design of it is similar to other manufacturers' so your pets shouldn't be scared if you had an experience with similar products before. I have a cat and she sheds a lot. MS1 max had no problem cleaning the hair on the floor at all. If you do use your phone, you will get extended functionality where you can track the device, create rooms to clean and how to clean; order mopping parts or other parts to replace. You can also create a schedule so when you are back from work, school or outing, your house/room will be clean. The app gives a lot of flexibility and choice to perform specific task at certain areas as necessary. The robot itself is very sturdy. When it runs, it runs very smoothly. It does make some noise especially when it empties its tank to a tower. Overall, very satisfied.

This robot vacuum cleaner truly exceeded my expectations! Its 6000Pa suction power is incredibly strong, easily removing fine dust and pet hair. The LiDAR navigation is extremely accurate—it quickly maps the house and cleans along a smart, orderly route, without wandering off randomly. What I love most is its 60-day automatic dustbin emptying function, which makes it incredibly convenient and saves a lot of maintenance. The accompanying app is simple and easy to use, and the battery life is long enough to clean the entire house in one go.

I purchased the MONSGA Robot Vacuum on July 1, 2025 and wanted to give it some time before I left a review. -Vacuuming - I’m absolutely impressed with the MONSGA Robot Vacuum. It’s powerful, quiet, and the 5000Pa suction picks up dust and pet hair effortlessly. I love being able to control everything from my phone. I bought this to replace my Roomba that I had for several years. The LIDAR is very accurate and setting up the “do not go” zones was easy. I have it set on the Turbo Clean mode since we have 2 dogs that shed, and it runs daily. I'm asking it to do about 1200 sq feet of flooring. I do find myself needing to clean the brush since human hair gets tangled, but I just consider that part of maintenance. -Mopping – it does a good job mopping for “service cleaning.” We have a large area rug tucked under our couch. The mopping feature can’t determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors. Trying to map out the large area rug as a “do not go” zone is quite difficult if not almost impossible. I was hoping the vacuum would be able to determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors like it does while vacuuming and not try to mop the rug. -Dust bags. I really thought it would just have a dustbin that you empty after each clean. But no, it has dust bags. While one may last you a long time, the fact that you will need to buy dust bags at some point creates an additional expense and is just inconvenient. I’ve also read the dust bags seem to always be on back-order. -Customer Service – Awesome customer service! Questions asked are answered quickly with videos and solutions. Totally worth the money! Would buy again.

So I bought this vacuum after a month of research on robot vacuums because so many have low 4 reviews. This robot had a 4.8 score so I went with it. Here is my review breakdown. Pros: 1) The functionality of the unit is great. It maps out the floor, vacuums really good, and the mop feature is surprising great. When I walk on the floor after the vacuum is done, it truly feels clean! 2) The self emptying feature is awesome. Some people are complaining that the bag inside the unit is one time use. You can easily take a shop vac and empty out the bag or snip a slit in the back and use some velcro to make it a multiple use emptying bag. People need to be a little more resourceful. 3) It looks good and modern. 4) The company read my review, but they tried to fix our issues. They have supplemented us with battery replacements and accessories. This robot vacuum functionally is amazing. Beware of possible battery life issues, but the company will help you out. Cons 1) The battery. After the 3rd time we ran this unit, it would drop from 100% to 90% the moment it was off the charger. By the time it is done in the kitchen, it is down to 70%. It claims it can do 2000 square feet on a charge. Maybe the first time. But after 4 times, this vacuum has to go back to the charging station and our first floor is approximately 1000 square feet. 2) The claim is that this unit is quiet. This little robot is loud as sin. It growls and roars the entire time it cleans. And that is when it isn't on turbo suck. When you turn on turbo suck, it will be at 50% very quickly off the charger.

Better than expected! It’s new and very exciting for the feature and deep cleaning the vacuum has. Love the mapping feature and schedules allowed for programming. It senses room layout and works well around furniture. The traction from tile to area rugs is perfect and doesn’t pull up my lighter rug edges like my other robovac. The unit seems well built and I like the size and dust collection feature after each vacuum cycle. Works with my Smart Life app perfectly and thus is added to Alexia without issue for the full smart home experience.

Cautiously optimistic: Think of these gadgets as a maintaining-your-sanity tool. They don’t deep clean, they maintain. We’ve been using this robo vacuum/mop for a couple of weeks now. I’m wondering how this product will hold up over time. We use it about 5/7 days a week. It’s become a bit louder and more buzzy/clicky while vacuuming over the last few days, I don’t know why though. I’ve cleaned it out, adjusted parts, and given it a good look over. A couple days ago it kept getting caught on a low pile rug that it’s never had an issue with. Maybe that’s just part of it adjusting to normal use for both of us. I’ve just changed out the dust bag on the base, it was not totally full, maybe 50%, and probably could’ve been dumped and reused if needed; I just changed it out to a new one and moved on. The filter gets dirty fast, I knock it over the trashcan every other day; I haven’t been notified to change it yet, so I’ll wait to see before changing. The mop pads are easy to change out and wash; don’t forget the ends loop onto the base, not Velcro on like the front. We have six people + low shedding pet, so this brush roller constantly needs to be cleaned. The things that have been sucked up: hair ties! Yarn, pet food, M&Ms, small beads, dirt, and grass. It looks sleek, does a great job vacuuming (particularly hard floors) and mopping is decent. I spritz the floor with a diluted cleaner and then run the mop; do not put cleaner into the water compartment. The app is great and fairly easy to navigate once you work with it a bit. I love that I can schedule when to have it run as well as on the go. I also turned off extra features that might make the battery die faster. Our area to clean is about 1200 sq ft. It can handle that in one cleaning so long as I’m not combining vacuuming and mopping. It’s not as loud as a regular vacuum, you could sit in the room with it and still hear the tv, but you’ll need to up the volume. The dust collection is loud, and is about 5 seconds. As for durability, I’m not sure yet. As often as we need to run it, I worry that it’ll get worn out before the warranty is up. But, if it makes it through the warranty, it will have been worth the money. Hands down, though, my kids do a much better job at picking up their things so they don’t get sucked up! For that alone it’s worth it. I also want to add, before you use it the first time, and maybe once a week after you start using it, run a broom around the edges/corners of each room. This does a great job, truly, but it’s going to need a little help every now and then too. Remember, it’s a tool to maintain your sanity.

This is probably the best robot vacuum machine I used, the cleaning result is so good. We had used it for a few months, it makes my floor house work a piece of cake. The 6000Pa suction power is incredible, vacuuming all the visible dirt in a second without me holding a handle and working hard. The mop function is also great, my wood floor turns neat and shiny quickly, it’s like a very smart robot doing its job as a routine and returning to the station automatically. The self-cleaning function is quite outstanding, it is an advanced vacuum robot for modern homes, and I can’t wait to explore more functions of it through the APP.

I had high hopes for this because it was rated high but I’m still not sure about it. It cleans nice it works on time I mean sometimes it gets stuck just like any other. Sometimes it doesn’t mount correctly to charge. Also I blocked off no go zone and it still goes into that room which is kind of frustrating. The mop is weird I feel like it just barely wets the floor and doesn’t do much but like I said maybe I just need to learn some tricks on how to use it better. Other than those few things it cleans up my dog hair so nice! I have a German shepherd and a lab. I love that it self empties and it’s really nice, it does its job. The sensor is great it avoids objects and goes through my house very well.
