Pretty good.
I bought this as a used item but it's been really good. I like the ability to add weights ( included in box ) to the mouse. I have added all the included weights to mine and that feels pretty good to me. I don't use any of the logitech software but it's been working faultlessly with Windows 11. Lots of features, I especially like being able to change the scroll wheel from free-rolling to stepped with a button press. Also the resolution can be changed with a button press. For me, all of the buttons are a little on the light side, but that's only a small detail.

Very precise and comfortable
I've had wireless, smaller, bigger, ergonomic, cheap, expensive... You name it, but this mouse feels right. It's my favourite so far.It fits very comfortably in my hand and works perfectly. It has many editable buttons, and an app with a great interface so this mouse can easily adapt to your needs. The mouse wheel is something great, it unlocks so it just rolls very smoothly. If you're reading a document and need to scroll down quite a lot, this feature is amazing. The design looks very cool and matches the aesthetic of my desk perfectly. It's not wireless but the cable doesn't get in the way, it's not one of those cables that keep the bends or bulky, it moves very easily and sometimes I even forget it's not wireless. The clicks are satisfying and not very noisy.Very happy with my purchase.

Good weighted mouse with lots of side buttons and great scrolling
Good mouse, really like the free scroll wheel but can turn it off when I need more accurate scrolling. Weights are really easy to use and magnetic bottom is secure but comes of easily. Logitech profiles make it really easy to switch mouse key bindings between work and gaming; I can store the profiles to the mouse so can use the profiles on my work PC without installing software on it. Lots of side button and side scroll buttons on the scroll wheel are really helpful.

Best mouse I've used
I've gone through a fair amount of logitech mice (G403, GPro X Superlight ) and gambled with a razer one in the past (Razer Basilisk), so I think it's fair to say that I'm qualified for this review haha. This mouse is definitely the best mouse I've used so far, especially in terms of the clickiness of the buttons. Comparing to the superlight, which has very mushy side buttons, the G502X is an absolute dream to press. The extra buttons are a neat feature, including a 3rd side button, 2 additional buttons alongside the left mouseclick which does NOT get in the way I must add, and a dpi button behind the mouse wheel. There Is also an infinite scroll button just above the dpi button if you wish to do so!I have decently small hands, but the size of the mouse works absolute wonders whatever grip I use wherever it be palm, claw and even fingertip sometimes and I've never had any issue with losing grip of the mouse. The sensor is, well, it's a sensor. You generally aren't going to find much if any difference on any mouse sensors released within the last 7 years if you ask me,(comparing against big brands not unknown) so there's 0 complaints from me.Probably the best mouse for the money you can buy online, don't fall for the trap of lightweight mice = better, because at the end of the day it's all preference and has all kinds of variables such as mouse feet and mousepad compatibility. All in all it's a 8/10 (4/5) and that is all due to the non braided cable, which I left until the end as to not infect the rest of the review. Over quite a while of use I have noticed the cable getting worn and even having the cable be slightly exposed, so I will be looking at a possible warranty at some point as it may just have been a singular issue with my product! All in all, if you're struggling to pick a new or first mouse, definitely pick this up

Sharp, tough, and dialled-in—G502 HERO nails precision with custom weight and pro-grade feel.
This mouse is a proper workhorse—16,000 DPI HERO sensor means pinpoint accuracy whether you’re gaming, editing, or navigating tight menus. Buttons are tactile, programmable, and built to take a beating. Weight tuning system’s a nice touch—dialled it in for a heavier feel and it tracks like a dream. RGB lighting’s clean, not overdone, and the braided cable holds up to daily use without fraying. Used it for long sessions—no hand fatigue, no lag. If you want a mouse that’s responsive, customisable, and built like a tank, the G502 HERO delivers.

Great mouse, too demanding software
Excellent gaming mouse and also excellent for other uses. I would say the downsides are the G logo on. It just looks a bit weird and out of place in some people set ups and really annoyingly the software is just really heavy on your PC. It requires a lot of compute for some reason and if you make it boot on start up then it makes your start up a lot slower it’s fairly lightweight. The RGB isn’t bright but it’s excellent. A kind of just just not nice not super noticeable but you can notice it if that makes sense. It just looks really clean or as compared to my rubbish keyboard RGB it just looks excellent. It’s fairly lightweight and it does come with customisable weights which I just took all of them out of the first 10 seconds, but you know if you want heavy mouse then that’s an option. obviously which you should see from the product page but it is wired I’ve had quite a few people come round and try it and it does fit in most hand sizes really well although if you’re having long gaming sessions with fairly sweaty hands it does get some not very nice goose stuck in really not very nice places, so you might have to clean it a bit if you’re doing that.

Feels more expensive than how much I spent on this mouse!
This mouse is so good for the money spent! The RGB is really bright and the mouse feels good quality. The heap load of buttons makes it so much more functional, and it is a very durable mouse. Absolute 10/10!
