Great product from a Trusted brand. I love that they ship it in dark glass bottles. I will buy this brand over others when I can because of the reduction of plastic exposure.

These work really well for me! A friend recommended this since we share the same digestive challenges. She said she tried a lot of different things and this worked for her. I love that I can take it after I start eating and they still work. Some say you have to take before eating and I always forget. Recommend!!!!

I was diagnosed with IBS and have been working with a dietician for the past 10 months. Onions & garlic are triggers for my symptoms among other categories of high FODMaPs. I asked about a digestive enzyme so I could eat out Mexican food again and she recommended these. They have definitely made a difference! I'm still trying to figure out how many to take with certain foods, but I highly recommend them. One note: they DO NOT help with fructose malabsorption, so I'm going to try Fructaid to aid with that digestive issue.
