I feel the love and hard work and care and everything good that was put into this book that will last forever. I cried when I opened this Priceless gift. I am in total awe of the Amazing Workmanship that put into making sure this book came out as good. I have never in my life received anything so absolutely shows love and care and high standards and everything you want a product to be. It's perfect in every way. So much thought and care went into this book it's just Unbelievable how much emotion I felt when I opened it and held it in my hands and held it close to my heart. The intention that was put in this book was received and so much attention and care was paid to every detail. This book is so well made. Just supreme quality. I really like antiques and vintage items. This journal fits right in! Very nice thick quality leather with a beautiful embossed tree on it. Initially the larger size appealed to me, but I ended up choosing this one because of how much the tree filled the cover. It seemed a little lost in the bigger size to me. The pages are thick and have authentic looking edges. I love to journal, and doodle. The pages are even nice enough to do water color on. I might occasionally put in a few sheets of cream paper here and there because it would be nice to have a light background on some pages. The leather is soft and smells nice. I really like that the back cover wraps around the pages to protect them. It is wide enough for one to stamp a favorite scripture, baptism date, or quote on it. It is an absolute win in my “book”.

I love this sketch book it exceed my expectations, since I was buying from Amazon I thought it would be an okay quality. But it is more than that... the leather feels strong and thick, the pages are soft but sturdy too.. it also looks exactly like the photos, not to mention it's handmade from a small women business

I love the leather cover, and the soft handmade paper. The journal came with a little care booklet and a note about who actually handmade my journal (see photo). I think it is really cool to support individual artisans and craftspeople (in my case, Manju made mine) and also get a great journal for a good price. I plan to use my journal for recording local botany, and this journal is perfect, with plenty of beautiful pages.

This journal is the most beautiful book I have ever seen . It looks like I spent a lot of money on it . But y’all saw the price . I ordered it for my grandchild that was graduating high school . She loves old things . There was a small glitch in the day they said it would arrive . Well it was a gift and I needed it in a few days. So I ordered another one because they said it would be there quicker than the first one I bought . Well I got both of them in plenty of time for the celebration . I opened it and there was no way I was sending it back , I had to keep one for me ! There are 200 pages , it is heavy in your hand . The way the leather strap wraps around it is wonderful . It’s like wrapping all your thoughts inside . The pages are thick and look old with rough edges . Don’t hesitate in buying this book . Quick note : when she opened her gifts and cards . She waited until last to open mine . I had it wrapped in paper bag and twine . She smiled and opened it slowly , and when she took it out of the paper She , and the whole room said , oooh OMG ! that is beautiful , my other granddaughter leaned over to me and said grandma ,,, I want one . On the other side of me was . Where did you get that ? How much did you pay for it ? And everyone in the room wanted one . Especially when they saw the $100. Bills inside . Ha ha . But if you can’t afford to put money in it , Still Absolutely buy it . It looks like you spent a lot of money on it . And I think it’s a great graduation 👩🏼‍🎓 gift . Great for anyone . Male or female or anyone in the middle …

These journals are nice to have. Paper is and can be bumpy but adds character. A sharpie or use for scrapbooking, pain,art, etc. However my only complaint is the colors can be off to way off. Ordered dark blue and came out black with greenish hue. Also, there was damage with my luck. However I returned for a better copy hoping the color be wrong. But the new one resent came back again as black. So a bit disappointed in the color variation. I have ordered the dark green and a brown. Love them.

This Journal is beautiful and looks just like the picture. I already wrote an entry in it using a polit G2 gel pens and to my surprise that was no bleeding through the pages nor did the ink smudge ( sometime these pens tend to smudge if not completely daily yet. I do high recommend this product and will repurchase in tje future, if needed. The book does have a weird smell to it at first but I think its just the leather and being in the package. The smell has gon away now.

The recycled paper is awesome to write ok with a fountain pen. I love writing in this. The smell though. I'm not sure if it's a perfume or cleaning agent maybe the the leather it's self. It's not bad by anymeans but it's strong and long exposure to it gives me a solid head ache. But I'm not complaining. It's well put together

This is a terrific item. Made with love and care. I enjoyed the personal story that came with it. This ia an amazing gift for anyone including yourself. 10/10
