Yeah the main protein is soy isolate with a bit of milk protein. It's rubbish now so I don't use it anymore .

your better off with a whey protein with caseine blend like USN protien (not the lean versions) or try adding more baking powder

Is this suitable for vegetarians?

If you look at the photos you can zoom in on them to see the ingredients. Having looked myself it appears to ve vegetarian friendly. I can't recommend this protein however we didn't like it at all and wasted money on it as it wasn't even bearable for us to use for anything sadly.
